Purchase terms

These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements you enter into with JUNIID by ordering a product from juniid.se. By ordering a product, you accept these general terms and conditions.

JUNIID does not expedite cash purchases to persons under 18 years of age. Currently, contracts can only be entered into in Swedish and JUNIID only distributes orders within Sweden.

JUNIID reserves the right for possible printing, image and typing errors on www.juniid.se and its subpages. JUNIID holds all rights to the content on juniid.se. Distribution, reproduction, retransmission, reissue and other disposal or making available of material on juniid.se may not take place without JUNIID's written consent.

JUNIID strives for you to receive order confirmation in connection with your purchase. If, against the odds, you have not received an order confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours, please contact JUNIID's customer service: kundtjanst@juniid.se. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you fill in is correct and complete. You are responsible for incorrectly filled in information and must indemnify JUNIID if the information is deliberately incorrect.

When ordering via the web shop, the prices stated in the web shop at the time of ordering apply. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. The prices are stated excluding shipping. You pay for your order by card payment. We use secure card payment via Stripe. Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within 10 working days from the day we receive payment. JUNIID is not responsible for damage as a result of the announced delivery time being exceeded.

JUNIID offers, in accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act, a 14-day right of exchange for unused goods from the day you received the goods. The item must be returned unused with complete packaging, in undamaged condition. See the "Returns handling" page for instructions on how to proceed.

You are responsible for ensuring that the item is not damaged during the time you have it in your possession, and you are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. This means that you are responsible for the product being returned whole and undamaged to JUNIID. When returning to JUNIID's e-commerce warehouse, JUNIID recommends that you send the item in the same box that you received it in. Reimbursement of the amount for the returned item takes place within 30 days of receipt. JUNIID has the right to refuse the return of an item if it turns out that the item is used or in a damaged condition.

Complaints are made by filling in a form that you can find on the "Return handling" page. We will then send a pre-paid return address label to your e-mail address If this address label is used, JUNIID stands for shipping costs incurred in the event of a justified complaint.

In the form, you can also choose whether you want the money back or a replacement delivery. Refund or replacement delivery takes place within 30 days. Replacement delivery from JUNIID takes place at no cost to you.

JUNIID follows the General Complaints Board's guidelines and decisions regarding complaints.

JUNIID is responsible for the personal data you provide to JUNIID. You can contact JUNIID's customer service kundtjanst@juniid.se to request access to your personal data. Swedish law shall be applied to these conditions. If the dispute is decided by the General Complaints Board, JUNIID follows the board's decision.
