Right of exchange and cancellation
You have 14 days of exchange and cancellation rights on your purchased goods from the day you received your package, provided that the goods are returned in their original packaging and in undamaged condition. You can easily exchange and cancel purchases via the return link below. The shipping cost to our e-commerce warehouse is SEK 39 and is paid directly when you fill in the form. We will then send out a pre-filled address label that you tape to the package and then hand in to the postman where you picked up the package.

JUNIID is not responsible for deliveries sent back to us from the customer.

Complaints

JUNIID examines each item before it is shipped to you. Should the product, despite this, still be faulty when it arrives at you, JUNIID undertakes to cover the shipping costs in the event of a return. If, as a customer, you wish to claim an error in an ordered item, you must notify us as soon as possible after the error is discovered via the complaint link below.

When we have received the item and approved the complaint, you can choose whether you want a new identical item or whether you want your money back. Should a dispute arise, we refer to the General Claims Board. JUNIID always follows the committee's recommendations.
